Payment & Refund Policy
Miracify Private Limited / Miracify Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Miracify®”) is committed to ensuring the timely and reliable delivery of its products and services to support the business needs of its Clients.
1. Service Delivery
1.1 All technological solutions and services provided by Miracify® are delivered electronically, with access enabled as soon as the solution is ready for deployment.
1.2 Clients shall be notified of service delivery status through authorized communication channels, including but not limited to email, WhatsApp, or other equivalent means.
1.3 Miracify® is committed to meeting the timelines defined under the applicable Service Level Agreement (SLA). In the event of any unforeseen delays or service disruptions, Miracify® will provide prompt communication to the Client and work towards resolution within a reasonable and agreed timeframe.
2. Return and Refund Policy
2.1 Due to the digital and intangible nature of the services, Miracify® maintains a no-return and no-refund policy once a service has been delivered or access has been granted.
2.2 Notwithstanding the above, in cases where the service delivered materially deviates from the agreed scope or service specifications, or in the event of verified technical issues attributable solely to Miracify®, the Company will work closely with the Client to resolve such matters to the Client’s satisfaction.
2.3 Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases such as duplicate transactions or proven service non-delivery, subject to internal verification and approval.
3. Exclusions
Refunds will not be applicable in the following circumstances:
- Delay or failure caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by the Client.
- Disruptions arising from Force Majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, system failures, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Miracify®.
- Instances where the Client has already availed, in part or in full, the services delivered.
- Services falling under research, innovation, or exploratory categories, where outcomes are inherently uncertain. Miracify® does not guarantee that research-based services will produce specific or desired results for the Client, and no refunds shall be applicable in such cases.
- Where work on a product or service has already commenced, irrespective of the stage of completion, as resources and effort would have been allocated by Miracify®.
4. Refund Process & Timelines
4.1 Eligible refund requests must be raised in writing to Miracify® within seven (7) business days of payment payment made.
4.2 Upon validation, refunds (where applicable) shall be processed within ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days, and the amount will be credited via the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
