Trademark & Brand Usage Guidelines

1. Introduction

The Miracify® brand is one of our most valuable assets. These Brand Usage Guidelines, to be read alongside our Trademark Policy, ensure that all stakeholders – including employees, partners, licensees, and affiliates – use the Miracify® trademark, logo, and associated brand elements consistently, correctly, and lawfully.

2. Logo Usage

  • Approved Logos: Only official Miracify® logos, as provided by our Corporate Communications team, may be used.
  • Do Not Alter: Logos must not be modified, distorted, rotated, animated, recolored, or placed within shapes that alter their integrity.
  • Clear Space Requirement: Maintain a minimum clear space equal to the height of the “M” in Miracify® around the logo to ensure visibility.
  • Backgrounds: Use logos only on backgrounds that ensure legibility and contrast. Avoid cluttered, patterned, or low-contrast placements.
  • Size: Logos must always be scaled proportionally. Minimum digital size is 100px width; print usage must not be smaller than 25mm width.

3. Color Palette

The Miracify® brand identity is anchored in a professional, modern palette. Use only approved brand colors in all digital and print communications:

Unauthorized colors or gradients must not be used with the logo or trademark.

4. Typography

  • Primary Typeface: Canva Sans (for digital and print use)
  • Secondary Typeface: Arial (fallback system font)

Restrictions: Do not stretch, skew, or modify typefaces when displaying Miracify® content.

5. Naming Conventions

Always use Miracify® with the registered trademark symbol (®) at least on the first prominent mention in any material.

  • Do not abbreviate (e.g., “Mira”) or pluralize (e.g., “Miracifys”).
  • Never use Miracify® as a verb (e.g., “to Miracify something”).

6. Co-Branding

When using Miracify® branding alongside partner logos:

  • Ensure equal prominence without overshadowing Miracify®.
  • Follow the same clear space rules as with the Miracify® logo.
  • Any co-branded material must be approved by the Miracify® Corporate Communications or Legal team prior to release.

7. Prohibited Practices

Do not use Miracify® trademarks or logos in domain names, social media handles, or product names without written authorization.

  • Do not use Miracify® branding in connection with illegal, defamatory, or unethical activities.
  • Do not create derivative logos, mascots, or icons resembling Miracify®.

8. Enforcement

Miracify® reserves the right to audit all partner, affiliate, or third-party usage of its brand assets. Unauthorized or improper use may result in revocation of rights, termination of agreements, or legal action.
